The Role:

You will manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution, including:

• Motor vehicle accident claims
• Premises liability matters
• Serious injury cases
• Pre-litigation and litigation strategy
• Negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Client communication and case management
• Settlement strategy and case resolution

This role offers significant autonomy while providing the support and resources needed to successfully manage a busy plaintiff-side personal injury practice.

What We're Looking For:
