A fast‑growing Plaintiff‑side Personal Injury firm in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to take ownership of a strong, steady pipeline of cases. This is a role for an attorney who wants real responsibility, meaningful earning upside, and the ability to run cases from start to finish with the support of a well‑staffed team.


The firm handles a high volume of quality injury cases, including catastrophic matters, and is positioned for continued growth. Attorneys here are trusted with autonomy, compensated competitively, and supported by experienced paralegals and case staff.


What You’ll Be Doing

You will manage cases from intake through resolution, with responsibility that matches your experience.

Case Types Include:

  • Auto & motor vehicle accidents
  • Trucking and commercial vehicle accidents
  • Motorcycle accidents
  • Uber / Lyft & rideshare cases
  • Premises liability (slip & fall)
  • Severe & catastrophic injury
  • Bicycle and pedestrian accidents
  • Animal attacks
  • Wrongful death


Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre‑litigation and litigation for PI matters
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
  • Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
  • Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurers
  • Work closely with experienced support staff to efficiently move cases
  • Drive files toward settlement or trial with minimal micromanagement


What They’re Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Nevada Bar license (in good standing)
  • 2+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff‑side strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable managing a high‑volume caseload
  • Strong negotiation skills; litigation experience is a plus
  • Client‑focused, organized, and proactive


Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $115,000 – $200,000+ (based on experience)
  • Additional commissions / percentage‑based bonuses on top of base
  • Clear path to significantly increase earnings based on performance
