A fast‑growing Plaintiff‑side Personal Injury firm in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to take ownership of a strong, steady pipeline of cases. What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage cases from intake through resolution, with responsibility that matches your experience.
Case Types Include:
- Auto & motor vehicle accidents
- Trucking and commercial vehicle accidents
- Motorcycle accidents
- Uber / Lyft & rideshare cases
- Premises liability (slip & fall)
- Severe & catastrophic injury
- Bicycle and pedestrian accidents
- Animal attacks
- Wrongful death
Responsibilities:
- Handle pre‑litigation and litigation for PI matters
- Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurers
- Work closely with experienced support staff to efficiently move cases
- Drive files toward settlement or trial with minimal micromanagement
What They’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada Bar license (in good standing)
- 2+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff‑side strongly preferred)
- Comfortable managing a high‑volume caseload
- Strong negotiation skills; litigation experience is a plus
- Client‑focused, organized, and proactive
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $115,000 – $200,000+ (based on experience)
- Additional commissions / percentage‑based bonuses on top of base
