A well-established plaintiff-side firm in Jacksonville is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing personal injury practice. This role offers a high-volume caseload, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to take ownership of matters early.

About the Role

You will manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and negligence claims, from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and demand packages
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend mediations and negotiate settlements
• Communicate directly with clients and medical providers
• Prepare cases for trial where necessary

Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Strong client-facing and case management skills
• Experience handling a high-volume caseload preferred
• Florida Bar admission required
