Personal Injury Attorney

Wagner Reese, a boutique litigation-focused personal injury firm with a 26 years track record of success, is seeking an experienced attorney ready to take ownership of a meaningful caseload and collaborate with a high-performing team. We are a results-driven practice handling significant cases with the infrastructure, support, and reputation to win.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a docket of high-value personal injury cases from intake through pre-suit and post-suit resolution
• Actively litigate cases including taking depositions, engaging in motion practice, retaining experts, mediating and conducting jury trials
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys and professional staff
• Deliver strong client outcomes while maintaining efficiency and responsiveness

What you bring:

• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Drive, accountability, and a team-first mindset
• Knowledge in the use of modern legal technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and case management
• Civil rights experience is a plus,, as is trial experience
