We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and household management, and requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.


Responsibilities

  • Calendar and household management, including scheduling meetings and appointments while ensuring optimal time management
  • Inventory management of household items, miscellaneous errands, vendor management
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents such as bills and expenses
  • Assist in event and travel planning, coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and other engagements


Qualifications

  • Highly proactive/intuitive
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality


Expected hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm PST, with occasional assistance on weekends for misc errands and house management while away on travel.


The expected salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 annually.
