As a Perioperative Educational Program Coordinator, you will work in conjunction with the Professional Development Manager to plan, implement and evaluate departmental orientation and education activities for clinical and support caregivers. This position is a great way to share your knowledge and skills with other caregivers while creating opportunities for others to learn and grow. There are multiple options for professional development in this role, such as certifications, advanced education, distinguished educator certificate and simulation fellowships. This position will support all perioperative areas at Akron General, including two Ambulatory Surgery Centers located at Bath and Lodi.
A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 4:00pm. This role requires travel to Bath and Lodi facilities as well as to CC Main Campus or other locations as needed.

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50
