People and Culture Manager

Mann Wireless
Largo, FL

Description

The Role

We are seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, and performance management for our growing team. With a multi-state footprint (FL, NY, TN) and a workforce of approximately 38 professionals, we need a "People & Brand" leader who can professionalize our operations without overloading our "process-light" culture.

Your mission is to ensure we have the right people in the right seats, that they are trained and safe, and that our "relaxed yet serious" culture is felt across every office. The ideal candidate brings both HR expertise and a marketing mindset—someone who can attract great talent, tell our story internally and externally, and build programs that engage and develop our team without overcomplicating how we work.

Who We Are
Mann Wireless is a leader in cellular phone and two-way radio enhancement systems within buildings. We have been in business for over 25 years and have grown by the strength of our reputation for integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are headquartered in Largo, FL with offices in Smyrna, TN and Ballston Spa, NY.

Why This Role Matters
This is a high-impact role at a pivotal stage of growth. You will help define how we attract, support, and develop our people—ensuring we scale in a way that preserves what makes our culture strong while preparing us for what’s next. We’re currently scoping this as a part-time position but it could grow to full-time as the company grows.

Performance Management & Development

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture
  • Act as a fair advocate for employees while protecting company interests.
  • Address employee concerns with empathy, sound judgment, and fairness
