We are partnering with a fast-moving, multi-division organization that operates around the clock and values a steady, dependable HR professional who can be both a resource and a trusted partner to employees and leadership. This is a hands-on role where your work will be seen, felt, and appreciated across the business.

If you enjoy being the person others rely on to keep things running smoothly, this could be a meaningful next step.

This role sits at the heart of daily HR operations. You will support employees and leaders across multiple divisions while helping maintain compliance, structure, and a positive workplace culture.

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR-related questions such as timekeeping, benefits, and system access
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Support compliance activities including leaves, unemployment claims, and employment-related documentation
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations and corrective action processes
  • Update employee information within the HRIS system
  • Create and maintain reports to support audits and operational needs
  • Assign and track required employee trainings
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Help create internal communications such as newsletters, signage, and updates
  • Support a culture of professionalism, accountability, and respect across the organization

This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and being part of a team that depends on strong operational support.

Core experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
  • Experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role
  • Working knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations
  • Experience supporting multi-location or fast-paced operations is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with California employment practices preferred
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, Paylocity experience is especially helpful

Personal strengths that matter here:

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Strong communicator who can work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to balance structure with a people-first mindset

Why This Role Matters

This is not a back-office HR role. It is a front-line People & Culture position that supports a 24/7 operation where consistency, compliance, and communication truly make a difference. You will have visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the employee experience across the organization.

If you know someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the steady hand behind the scenes, I would love to connect.
