Overview
Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is home to the largest group of pelvic health specialists in Connecticut, and we are excited to open our brand‑new Pelvic Health Center in Southington a dedicated Center of Excellence designed to deliver inclusive, evidence‑based pelvic rehab care.
We are seeking aSite Supervisorto oversee daily clinic operations andserve as a clinical leader within this specialty program. This unique hybrid role combines leadership, clinical excellence, team mentorship, and program developmentin a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
The Center will be collocated with urogynecology, primary care, medical weight loss, and cardiologyproviders and will feature advanced pelvic health capabilities including:
- Biofeedback technology
- Specialized pelvic health modalities
- TTNS (Transcutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation)
- Gender‑inclusive resources and support for complex pelvic health needs
- A multidisciplinary care model reflective of high‑level specialty practice
This is a founding leadership opportunity to help build the clinic culture, workflows, and standards that will define pelvic health excellence at HHC.
Your Role:
As the Pelvic Health PT Site Supervisor, you will ensure the clinic operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with HHC’s standards of excellence-while also providing high‑quality, inclusive pelvic health care for patients of all genders.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, workflow, and patient scheduling
- Ensure the clinic environment is organized, compliant, and optimized for exceptional care
- Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and facility needs
Team Support & Coordination
- Serve as the on‑site operational lead for administrative and clinical staff
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing staff development
- Mentor clinicians and help build a positive, collaborative team culture
Patient Experience & Quality Assurance
- Deliver warm, efficient, patient‑centered service at every touchpoint
- Assist in resolving patient concerns or operational challenges
- Support quality initiatives, compliance standards, and performance metrics
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with interdisciplinary providers and referring physicians
- Coordinate with the Pelvic Health Program Manager and system‑wide leadership
- Assist with reporting, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Active CT Physical Therapist license
- Completion of Pelvic Floor Level 1 coursework (APTA or Herman & Wallace)
- Experience evaluating and treating pelvic health patients
- 2–3+ years of pelvic health experience strongly preferred
- Outpatient experience preferred
