Our team of Account Managers and Staffing Coordinators work together to refer the highest caliber of professionals with degrees, certifications and licenses of varying levels in the fields of social services, psychiatry, occupational therapy, language speech pathology, special education teachers, para professionals, mental health, addictions treatment, allied therapies and pharmacy. We primarily provide service supplemental staffing services to school districts and charter schools, hospitals, community mental health centers, outpatient treatment facilities, and residential homes.

Hospice Care/ Home Health Care Experience�
Master’s degree in Behavioral Health is preferred PH.D in Behavioral Health a huge plus
Must have a minimum of five (5) years clinical experience and three (3) years of management experience in the substance abuse or mental health, respectively to the program manager role applied for.
Must have a thorough knowledge of behavioral health field, as well as the etiology, epidemiology, treatment and prevention of behavioral issues.
Must be familiar with DHS regulations, 2060 & 2090, DSM-IVR, ASAM-PPC IIR placement criteria, Managed Care and CARF Standards.
Must have a thorough knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, Stages of Screening Brief Intervention and Referral for Treatment (SBIRT).
Must have knowledge of proposal writing to increase revenue within the programs.
Excellent supervisory skills (i.e., team building and coaching skills, with the ability to lead, encourage and train staff).
Proficient in communicating accurately and effectively in both verbal and written correspondence, predominately English.
Must have working knowledge of not for profit financial application/analysis.
Must be IAODAPCA (CADC) certified or qualified to earn either of these certifications quickly upon offer/start date.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Possession of a valid Illinois Drivers License and willingness to use personal vehicle during the course of employment. Car is required as this organization has 10 different locations throughout Chicagoland where various programs are housed, under either Substance Abuse or Mental Health, containing direct reports under these roles. Travel will be required to implement strategies and manage the teams upon occasion, with mileage reimbursed.
