What You’ll Do- Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in patients’ homes
- Perform assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Support children transitioning home from post‑acute care
- Educate and support families and caregivers
- Provide interim coverage as needed for staffing gaps
- Train and mentor field nurses during care transitions
- Collaborate with Clinical Care Managers and care teams
QualificationsRequired:- Active Texas RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification
Preferred:- Pediatric home health experience
- Trach and/or ventilator experience
Schedule & Travel- Flexible scheduling, on‑call as needed
- Local travel within approximately 1 hour of the branch office
