PBX Operator/Shift: Graveyard Thur-Mon11pm-7:30am (Wed/Thurs off)

Handling all incoming calls to both LBM and MCH hospitals, transferring those calls to theappropriate departments and assisting callers with information and directions as needed.
Servicing all in-house departments for on-call services, overhead announcements, paging.
Using application systems such as EPIC, Perfectserve, Spok, MS word, Excel, Genesys Cloud,and Interactions.
Paging through systemand overhead for all emergency codes including, Blue, White, RRT, Red.
Excellent memory skills, memorizing over 300 extensions within the first 2 weeks of start date andfully validated aswell as Medical codes and terminology
Experience the following areas:
• 6 months+ experience as an operator for a hospital or call center or customer service representative, administrative, computer skills
• MS Office Suite, Windows 7+ operating system used
• Strong computer skills, Customer Service experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Khmer (Cambodian) or English/Vietnamese (is a plus)
• Must be able to sit for 67%-100% of the time
• Must be able to occasionally lift overhead or carry up to 24lbs
• Must possess the following visual requirements:
o Close eye work (small figures) o Normal color discrimination o Computers and books
• Must be able to work in environments that are between 16 and 95 degrees
• Must possess the following Manual Dexterity/Strength
o Gross motor, light-moderate strength
o Fine motor, light to moderate strength
Must be able to use computer system and follow greeting and instructions
Must be reliable and not call out of shift
Will learn how to overhead page, transfer calls, will learn medical codes etc

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
