Compensation:

  • $60,000–$80,000 + 8% annual bonus eligibility


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for a growing, multi‑state workforce. This role is responsible for accurate, timely payroll for approximately 200+ employees with the majority of whom are full‑time, with minimal contract labor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for approximately 200+ employees
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely submission for salaried and hourly employees
  • Manage payroll adjustments, corrections, and off‑cycle payrolls as needed
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll‑related questions from employees and management
  • Administer and maintain the HRIS system

  • Partner with HR and leadership to troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements
  • Ensure data integrity across payroll and HR systems


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS administration.
  • Multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred.
  • Payroll or HR certifications (FPC, CPP, SHRM, PHR) a plus but not required.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting payroll through an HRIS environment
  • Prior ownership of payroll reporting and audits
  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (nice to have, not required)
