- $60,000–$80,000 + 8% annual bonus eligibility
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for a growing, multi‑state workforce. This role is responsible for accurate, timely payroll for approximately 200+ employees with the majority of whom are full‑time, with minimal contract labor.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for approximately 200+ employees
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely submission for salaried and hourly employees
- Manage payroll adjustments, corrections, and off‑cycle payrolls as needed
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll‑related questions from employees and management

- Partner with HR and leadership to troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements
- Ensure data integrity across payroll and HR systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS administration.
- Multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Payroll or HR certifications (FPC, CPP, SHRM, PHR) a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting payroll through an HRIS environment
- Prior ownership of payroll reporting and audits
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (nice to have, not required)
