Job Summary:

In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business operations. You will work closely with our Director of Operations to optimize processes, manage projects, and implement strategic initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in business operations and contribute to the success of a fast-paced organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees while complying with all relevant regulations.
  2. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  3. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation of processes.
  4. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on industry best practices and proactively suggest ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into operational performance and support decision-making.
  7. Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with key vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of goods and services meet quality standards and budget requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in payroll, business operations, accounting, finance, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
