Payroll Manager -- Houston, TX
Responsibilities:
4–7+ yrs Payroll Support including Prevailing Wage
Prior leadership or senior-level experience
Background in Energy, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is a plus
Strong HRIS/Payroll system experience (Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP)
Excellent communication, detail‑orientation & analytical skills
Agile, self‑starter, able to execute with minimal supervision
