Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Payroll Analyst with strong experience in full-cycle payroll processing and (Preferred) Oracle HCM. This role focuses on executing in-house payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll in an in-house environment
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
• Handle payroll adjustments, validations, and reconciliations
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle payroll processing
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Experience managing payroll internally (not outsourced)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large or mid-size organizations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experienced with Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud Fusion
