Payment Ops Specialist - Customer Service - Banking & Fintech

Summary
This role includes monitoring payments, handling exceptions, and resolving payment processing issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment operations, regulatory requirements, and experience with payment processing systems.

Work Environment
This job operates in a fully remote environment. This role requires use of standard office equipment such as a laptop computer.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to travel.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Up to 5% Travel, minimal.
