How you'll make an impact in this role

• Seamless Care Transitions:You will orchestrate complex schedules and referrals, acting as the vital link between our patients and a network of specialist providers.
• Strategic Access Management:You’ll proactively manage schedule changes and cancellations, ensuring our clinical capacity is optimized and patient wait times are minimized.
• Champion Patient Privacy:You will operate as an expert in site-specific protocols and regulatory compliance, ensuring that every piece of documentation meets the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.
• Drive Operational Excellence:By maintaining up-to-the-minute documentation, you empower our clinical teams to make informed decisions based on the most current and reliable data available.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Medical office experience
