Guest Services & Experience
Welcome guests by greeting, registering, checking them in, and overseeing check-out procedures; prepare associated reports.
Serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate resource for guests, offering guidance and support prior to and throughout their stay.
Provide consistent, professional, and courteous customer service in all interactions.
Address guest needs, requests, and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Answer and route incoming phone calls.
Ensure all guest information is collected, documented, and stored accurately and confidentially.
Accurately handle payments, and related financial transactions.
Lodging Operations & Coordination
Manage all lodging reservation requests from patients, families, social workers, and care teams, ensuring timely review, placement, and confirmation communication.
Help coordinate daily operations of the Hospitality House and supported lodging programs to foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Help coordinate room assignments, availability, and upkeep with housekeeping and maintenance partners.
Maintain working knowledge of facility services, policies, referral criteria, room types, shuttle services, and related offerings.
Program Administration & External Partnerships
Coordinate processes related to philanthropic financial assistance for patients and families.
Support hotel contract management to ensure the availability of high-quality, cost-effective lodging options.
Collaborate with external partners (e.g., hotels, vendors) to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
Seek feedback from guests and internal stakeholders to support ongoing program improvement.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years relevant experience required.
Licensure: None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
