Option 1 Staffing is seeking an experienced Patient Experience Rep with excellent customer service skills to join the growing team of Healthcare Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check patients In/Out
• Process registration paperwork
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Collect co-payments
• Answer patient questions

Qualifications:

• 2 (two)+ years of experience in a front office setting in the Healthcare field
• Experience with verification of insurance
• Top notch customer service skills
• Very detail oriented and professional
• Experience handling medical records a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Medical Terminology knowledge required
