• Support patients with their daily physical needs and personal care, ensuring they maintain their dignity and comfort throughout their stay.
• Assist the clinical team with safe patient movement and positioning to prevent injury and promote a smooth, efficient recovery process.
• Observe and report critical changes in a patient’s physical or emotional state to the nursing staff, acting as a vital link in the early detection of medical needs.
• Document every step of the patient’s care journey to ensure the medical team has accurate, high-quality records for informed decision-making.
• Maintain a safe and organized clinical environment by managing equipment and room readiness, allowing the team to focus entirely on patient care.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
