How you'll make an impact in this role
Support patient mobility and transitions by safely assisting with admissions and discharges to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.
Enhance the daily lives of patients by providing personalized assistance with essential care activities, fostering dignity and comfort during their stay.
Monitor and communicate vital changes in patient well-being to the nursing team, acting as a critical link in the delivery of proactive, high-quality care.
Document patient care journeys with precision to maintain accurate records and ensure the entire care team is aligned on patient progress.
Cultivate a healing environment by maintaining organized, patient-ready rooms and ensuring essential medical equipment is clean and functional.
