• Deliver compassionate personal care by assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained throughout their stay.

• Support clinical excellence by executing physician-ordered treatments under the guidance of an RN to facilitate the patient’s recovery plan.

• Serve as a vital link in the care team by monitoring and reporting subtle changes in a patient’s physical or emotional condition to ensure timely medical intervention.

• Foster a healing environment by maintaining clean and organized patient rooms, directly contributing to safety and a positive patient experience.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience:

• Previous CNA experience in a hospital setting preferred.
