Title: Senior Employment Litigation Attorney/Partner
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $200K-$300K base + Generous Commission on Settlements and Commission Forfeiture Signing Bonus (if applicable)

Overview: Premier NYC plaintiff employment law firm seeks experienced Partner Level Attorney who can lead a small litigation team Associate Attorney and Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Oversee small team in high volume plaintiff side litigation firm
- Litigate employment related cases
- Draft pleadings, discovery and motions and extensive writing experience
- Ability to handle complex cases
- Conduct legal research
- Make court appearances in courts in NYC and surrounding area
- Provide exemplary legal counsel and representation
- Delegate casework to legal support staff
Requirements:
- NY State Admission
- 5-10+ years of employment litigation (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong Writing Skills
- Ability to be on-site in NYC Financial District office 4 days a week
- Experience with any or all of the following statutes is highly preferred:
- -Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
- -The New York State Human Rights Law.
- -The New York City Human Rights Law.
- -Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
