Part-Time Sales Associate

Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen, you will assist customers throughout the shopping process, execute all store operations, help ship e-com orders, and participate in an array of creative and administrative tasks. You will collaborate daily with the retail manager and owners to determine the best way to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and create an optimal shopping experience. You will be an integral part of a small team.

The position will involve working at both our ROW DTLA and Highland Park locations, as well as making occasional trips to our warehouse in Eagle Rock.

What You Will Do:

• Greet and assist customers with finding the right styles and fits, answer questions about the brand, and complete point-of-sale purchases.
• Learn the shipping software and packaging requirements to ship e-commerce orders from the store.
• Learn the product inventory software to manage merchandise information.
• Manage the store’s physical appearance, including merchandising the sales floor, organizing the stock room and basic cleaning/maintenance.
• Organize and execute merchandising activities including stock replenishment, folding, steaming, and floor changeovers.
• Assist with the execution of shop events.
• Make occasional trips to the warehouse before and after store hours to transfer and replenish stock as needed.
• Provide customer service, responding to phone and email inquiries.
