As a Part-TimeResident Director,you will be vital to the daily management and function of UCC’s housing facilities. Resident Directors are live-in staff who respond to immediate and ongoing needs and issues within the housing facilities. RD’s assist with Operations and Facilities processes as well as completing on-going inventory and health and safety inspections among other duties. RD’s manage Resident Assistants and work closely with the Housing Coordinator.

Students must maintain at least a 3.00 cumulative GPA.
Good disciplinary record.
Must live in residential buildings.
Time away is subject to approval by Housing Coordinator and Director of Student and Community Services and Title IX Coordinator.
Staff are considered single residents and are to follow all housing policies. Any deviations are to be considered on a case by case basis.
RDs are considered a 19 hour per week position with peak and lull seasons. All 19 hours are to be tracked via Outlook Calendar.
