Position Summary
The Part-Time Client Experience Specialist provides front desk coverage during assigned evening and weekend hours, serving as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. This role ensures a welcoming, safe, and professional environment while supporting daily operations and maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards in alignment with The Council on Recovery’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests and visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer phones and monitor email during scheduled shifts
• Provide general information regarding The Council on Recovery’s programs, services, and resources
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and PII confidentiality requirements
• Perform administrative duties including copying, scanning, printing, shredding, and filing
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Welcome Center
• Prepare coffee and maintain hospitality areas according to established procedures
• Perform building closing procedures and next day preparation during assigned shifts
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Basic computer and office technology skills
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements (HIPAA/PHI/PII preferred)
• Ability to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled

Work Environment & Physical Demands
• This position operates in a professional office environment with regular public interaction. Duties may require standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating standard office equipment.
