Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 DOE
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Florida law firm to hire an experienced Community Association Paralegal for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity based in Tampa (Westshore area). This role supports busy attorneys representing condominium and homeowners’ associations and offers long-term stability within a collaborative, professional environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience supporting COA/HOA legal matters. Responsibilities include preparing association notices and correspondence, drafting amendments and resolutions, supporting covenant enforcement efforts, managing document recordings, maintaining statutory compliance items, and assisting with association governance and records management. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced law firm setting while providing high-quality client support.
