Job Details- 5 or more years of law firm or in-house legal support experience
- Experience supporting corporate, IP, transactional, or litigation matters is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfort working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with legal technology and document management tools
- Supporting attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks
- Assisting with document drafting, filings, and matter organization
- Managing deadlines and coordinating workflows across multiple matters
- Communicating professionally with clients and internal team members
- Working within cloud-based and paperless document systems
