Job Details
  • 5 or more years of law firm or in-house legal support experience
  • Experience supporting corporate, IP, transactional, or litigation matters is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfort working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Proficiency with legal technology and document management tools
  • Supporting attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with document drafting, filings, and matter organization
  • Managing deadlines and coordinating workflows across multiple matters
  • Communicating professionally with clients and internal team members
  • Working within cloud-based and paperless document systems
