Paralegal - Austin, TX (downtown) - HYBRID

Our client is a highly respected Litigation Law Firm who are growing and seeking a driven Paralegal to join their team in Austin, TX (downtown) on a Hybrid Schedule (3 days in, 2 days WFH).

The Firm practice the following types of law: Commercial Litigation, Business Litigation, Real Estate, Employment, Bankruptcy, IP Property, Public Law, and Eminent Domain. Experience in one or more of these areas is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
• Healthcare: Health Dental, Vision insurance. Firm pays 100% of base plan for individual
• Disability: Short-term, long-term disability and life insurance available
• HAS: Firm contribution of $350 annually for HSA Health
• 401K: Matching 25 cents on the dollar of employee contribution up to 3% of gross pay
• Parking: Garage parking reimbursement
• PTO: Paid time off accrued each pay period; increases with length of employment plus 9 paid holidays per year
