Job Description

A company is seeking a Painter to apply coatings to parts, complete required documentation, support continuous‑improvement initiatives, and ensure all painted products meet customer specifications. Applicants with auto‑body painting or powder‑coating experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Orlando

Pay / Shift:

$20 - $23/hr

Must be open to starting: 3AM - 5AM Monday - Friday and work until 1:30PM or 3:30PM at the latest.

Need to be open to working occasional Saturdays as production needs arise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical, vocational, or military training is a plus but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in auto paint and body, or industrial manufacturing painting or sandblasting.
  • Experience with prepping, grit blasting, and final painting equipment.
  • Ability to pass a Respirator Fit and Pulmonary Function Testing.

Work Environment and Shift

Work in a large industrial manufacturing setting that is air-conditioned.

You may be required to go outside to the yard for materials, which is not air-conditioned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
