Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven growth marketer with a specialization in paid media to enhance our E-commerce team. Applicants should have at least six months of experience in paid media, including media planning and buying, and possess exceptional analytical skills. This role involves leading our paid search and media campaigns through platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. A passion for mathematics and strategic thinking is essential, as you will be continually refining our performance marketing strategies to boost our brand presence. Proficiency in Excel is critical, as it will be used extensively for managing and analyzing campaign data to inform strategic decisions.

Paid Search Agency Collaboration:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance, and conduct A/B testing to identify effective campaign elements. Use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other Excel functions to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and generate comprehensive performance reports.
Cross-Platform Strategy and future project Optimization: Develop and maintain cohesive advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI. Understand the nuances of affiliate marketing and evaluate potential affiliate marketing, Email Marketing and SMS marketing.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to implement tactical plans. Collaborate with the E-Commerce Merchandiser on managing product inventory and CRM, Daily communication with HQ’s counterpart to ensure alignment with campaign timeline and objectives.
