Job Description

As a Packer, you will be responsible for packing lip balm and other personal care and pharmaceutical products into boxes. You will count out the correct amounts to be packed and weigh boxes on certain lines to ensure accuracy. Quality checks are essential to ensure labels are correctly placed, with no bubbles, expiration dates, or misprints. The role requires standing for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment, maintaining speed to not slow down the production line.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into boxes.
• Count products accurately and pack them into boxes.
• Weigh boxes on specific lines to ensure correct counts.
• Perform quality checks on labels for errors and misprints.
• Stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packing, production, and packaging.
• Ability to pick, inspect, label, load, and unload products.
• Proficient in palletizing and stacking operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.34/hr.
