The Role - As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll promote our broad portfolio of leading automation products and custom engineered solutions in industries that rely on automation to enhance efficiency, reliability and performance. Key responsibilities:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers in your territory to drive steady, sustainable growth
- Learning customer operations and identifying ways our solutions can help
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver timely quotes and solutions
- Sharing market feedback and customer insights with the sales team
Sales Representatives are supported by experienced Product Managers, Design & Application Engineers, Customer Service professionals, Sales Management, and trusted vendor partners who help you succeed in the field and continue building your technical and sales skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial, automation, or technical sales is a plus—but not required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or similar) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and comfort building relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time effectively
- Willingness to learn technical products and customer applications
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
