Outside Sales Representative

CAG PROMA (CAG Property Management LLC), a company dedicated to providing high-quality property maintenance and renovation solutions, is looking to add a Sales Advisor to our team. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with sales experience and strong relationship-building skills.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in services, construction, remodeling, or real estate).

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Availability for field work in Tampa, Florida.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

What will your responsibilities be?

Prospect and manage new clients.

Present company services and close business opportunities.

Follow up with clients and sales opportunities.

Meet established sales targets.

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
