This team specializes in custom signage, vehicle graphics, architectural displays, and more, and is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to build relationships, win new business, and guide projects from concept through completion.


This is a direct-hire role with uncapped commission and strong long-term growth potential.


What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Meet with clients to assess branding and signage needs
  • Create tailored solutions and deliver proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to project completion
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams
  • Track pipeline activity in CRM (HubSpot) and hit revenue targets
  • Represent the company at events and stay current on industry trends


What You Bring:

  • Proven outside sales success (signage, print, construction, or similar preferred)
  • Strong hunter mentality with closing ability
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and solid tech proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
