Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Tennessee, Alabama, & Mississippi

A “road warrior” with the mindset of a retailer and the drive of a sales representative. This person will have a foundational skillset of connecting with people, a drive to exceed goals, and a firm grasp on sales strategies. As a sales representative for a brokerage firm, this individual will handle an account portfolio as well as a brand portfolio.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

To prove you're the best candidate for this role, we expect the following:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in direct sales or retail
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to build productive relationships
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • A basic understanding and interest in health food and/or vitamins, minerals, & supplements
  • Reliable transportation and must love to travel
  • Lives in territory or is willing to relocate

Responsibilities and Duties

As the Territory Sales Manager, we require your commitment to these tasks:

  • Drive sales by developing trusting relationships with well-established accounts as well as some of the largest brands in the Natural Products Industry
  • Present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective accounts within the territory
  • Identify retail growth opportunities in-store and in-person
  • Ongoing education opportunities
