Job Overview


We are seeking an energetic and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our roofing solutions, engaging with prospective clients and building lasting relationships. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your technical knowledge of roofing products and services, will help you identify customer needs, deliver compelling product demos, and close deals that drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing strategies to expand the customer base within assigned territories
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on roofing options, features, and benefits
  • Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for territory sales growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and ongoing account management
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software such as Roofr/Acculynx to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project timelines, technical specifications, and follow-up to ensure seamless project execution and upselling opportunities
  • Participate in Company continued Education (Grant Cardone University)


Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on roofing or construction products preferred
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation activities effectively
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster trust and long-term relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Roofr or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and analyzing performance metrics
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly explain technical details to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, inside sales, retail sales, or direct sales environments
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans
