We’re partnering with a rapidly growing technology company transforming how businesses operate in a highly specialized industry and they’re looking for a driven Traveling Sales Representative to join their team.

What You’ll Do:

• Own new business development across assigned territories
• Conduct a high volume of in-person cold drop-ins to generate leads and build relationships
• Schedule and run product demos, presentations, and close deals
• Travel frequently (primarily regional, with some extended trips)
• Build and grow a strong client base that transitions into long-term account management

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000
• Commission: 2.5% on gross revenue generated (paid over 3 years, then decreases)
• Strong earning potential tied directly to your performance

What Success Looks Like:

This role starts as a highly active, travel-heavy sales position focused on new business development. Over time, you’ll build a robust book of business, allowing you to shift into more account management with significantly reduced travel (quarterly territory visits).

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of sales experience (outside/door-to-door sales strongly preferred)
• Comfortable with high-volume, in-person outreach
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience
• Willingness to travel extensively in the early stages of the role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
