Outside Sales Representative

Title: Outside Sales / Account Manager – Foodservice Equipment (Dealer & Service Channel) | Central CA Territory

Compensation

• Base: $60,000–$70,000 (DOE)
• Commission: 5% of gross profit on equipment sales (uncapped)
• Expected variable: $25,000+ annually
• Car allowance + expenses + benefits

Territory

Fresno, Kings, Tulare, Kern, Madera, Merced, Monterey, San Luis Obispo Counties

Role

• 85% account management: grow share with existing dealers and service contractors
• 15% hunting: activate new dealer/service partners and re-engage dormant accounts
• Support quoting, product selection/substitutions, availability updates, and project coordination
• Some direct selling to assigned national accounts, while protecting channel relationships
• We do not install; we refer install/service opportunities to our service partner base

Must have

• Experience selling through dealers and/or contractors (foodservice preferred)
• Strong quote/project follow-up habits (CRM discipline)
• Able to travel and manage a large multi-county route
