  • Running roof inspections and sitting with homeowners following storm damage events
  • Guiding clients through the insurance claims process from first call to check in hand
  • Generating additional leads through canvassing, referrals, and company-provided marketing
  • Closing deals and managing your projects through to completion
  • Working your pipeline daily inside JobNimbus CRM


Who Thrives Here

We're not looking for someone to train from scratch. We're looking for a proven closer who's ready to plug into a system and run:

  • 2–3+ years of roofing sales or in-home sales experience strongly preferred
  • Track record of closing — you know what a healthy pipeline looks like and how to manage it
  • Comfortable on rooftops and at the front door — this role requires both
  • Self-managed and accountable — flexible schedule means you own your results
  • Minimum performance expectation: 4–5 closed deals per month
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and smartphone required
  • Must be comfortable climbing ladders
