About the Role

Our client Waterloo Turf is looking to hire a Residential Sales Representative to drive growth across the Austin market. You will manage your own schedule, work a mix of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities, and focus primarily on selling. As the flagship location of a growing national brand in the artificial turf space, you'll have the backing of a proven system with real market momentum behind it.


What You’ll Do

Sales and Customer Experience

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and schedule on-site consultations
  • Conduct accurate site assessments, measurements, and scope reviews
  • Deliver professional proposals and guide homeowners through project options
  • Close new business through confident, personable, in-home selling
  • Present and sell financing options to clients with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
  • Knock doors, connect with HOAs, and build local presence


Project Coordination

  • Lead job kickoff meetings with crews and clients
  • Provide installation teams with measurements, instructions, and expectations
  • Monitor installations and communicate updates to ensure quality
  • Conduct final walkthroughs to confirm satisfaction and secure reviews and referrals
  • Update proposals, scheduling, and CRM details as needed


What We’re Looking For

Background and Experience

  • Prior experience as an outside sales rep, account executive, or in-home sales consultant required
  • Solar, HVAC, water treatment, windows, or home improvement background strongly preferred
  • Experience presenting financing options to homeowners is a significant plus
  • Experience in landscaping, turf, construction, or outdoor living is a bonus
  • Highly self-directed; strong time management skills required for this autonomous role

Salary: $150k - 200k per year

Compensation: $3,000/month non-revocable draw first 90 days | 10% commission on all revenue | Top performers earn $150,000 - $200,000+
