Role Description

This is a full-time, role for an Outside Sales Manager, based out of Wellington, OH. The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, generating leads, and cultivating relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales goals. The role requires exemplary communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth and ensure client retention. The territory covered will be northern Lorain County, Cuyahoga County, Erie County, and northern Huron County.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience in Customer Service and delivering Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in the equipment or technical sales industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
