Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be given warm leads and will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with he clients, maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored print solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Conduct presentations and create proposals for prospective clients. Demonstrate the benefits and value of our print products and services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this information to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal CSR team, including production and design departments, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the print or related industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of print products and services, as well as industry trends. Ability to explain technical aspects of solutions to clients.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or 5 years in a related field is preferred or related experience.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Pass a drivers license review.
