About the Company
You're not a product pusher — you're a trusted technical advisor. As an Outside Applications Engineer, you'll design and specify mechanical, plumbing, and utility systems for commercial and industrial projects, then go out and build the relationships that make you the go-to resource for MEP firms and public school districts across Pennsylvania.
About the Role
Hydronic heating and cooling, steam, compressed air, process systems — this is your wheelhouse. You'll own the specs, run the lunch-and-learns, and become the engineer that engineers call.

- Facilitate lunch-and-learn sessions and schedule technical trainings with the commercial trainer
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for owners and engineers on-site
- Drive specifications across the full product line with key influencers
- Stay active in industry organizations (ASHRAE, ASPE, CASHE, DBIA, etc.)
- Leverage manufacturer relationships to deliver better solutions and differentiate on service
- Keep tight project documentation to manage risk and maintain client satisfaction

- Local travel throughout Pennsylvania; occasional national travel required
