Location: Delaware Remote – candidates must be in or willing to relocate to Delaware to be considered.
Join our team! To support our continued growth,we’reseeking an Outreach Manager to lead engagement efforts for residential and home performance programs across Delaware. In this role,you’llconnect our client’s energy efficiency initiatives with residents, community leaders, local organizations, contractors, trade allies, and key market stakeholders. You will playa central rolein expanding program awareness, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring ahigh qualityexperience for all participants—while enjoying a dynamic,field basedposition where every day brings new opportunities to make an impact.
You will lead outreach strategies and event execution to increase program awareness and participation statewide. This includes coordinating community events, speaking engagements, workshops, and partnerships that supportequitableaccess to energy audits and home performance services for all Delawareans.
This position includes both office-based and field responsibilities, with occasional in-state travel and some overnight travel as needed. Strongpublic speakingskills are essential. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing team—both local and remote—to guide the development and delivery of supporting materials, campaigns, and outreach content tailored to Delaware communities.

Thisis a hybridrolebased out of our Wilmington, DE office, with regular meetings and scheduled work at our Delaware client and community locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead outreach efforts by engaging residents, community groups, local leaders, and partner organizations to boost program awareness and participation.
Build strong community relationships by gathering local insights and collaborating with municipalities, nonprofits, and neighborhood organizations.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and deliver outreach materials tailored to Delaware audiences.
Create and manage a statewide outreach and events plan, including target communities, key activities, and engagement timelines.
Deliver presentations, workshops, and information sessions that explain the benefits of energy audits and home performance services.
Plan, coordinate, and represent the program at community events such as fairs,farmersmarkets, festivals, and town halls.
Work closely with marketing, program management, technical teams, and IT to support statewide outreach initiatives.
Conduct targeted outreach andrelationship buildingto strengthen the network of contractors, community partners, and referral organizations.
Prepare outreach reports that track event participation, engagement metrics, partnerships, and progress toward program goals.
Share insights to help refine outreach strategies, marketing campaigns, and participant resources.
Provide customer support as needed to help residents, contractors, and partners navigate the audit and home performance process.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years ofmarketing, sales, or education & awarenessexperience
Musthave a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience inenergy efficiency and/orsimilarutility programs.
Familiarity with marketing and communicationplanning and implementation.
Familiarity withpromotional and/or experiential marketing.
Experience working with schools, civicorganizationsand/or nonprofit organizations.
Familiarity of demand side management, load management,and/or distributed energy resources.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$60,940.00 - $103,598.00Delaware Remote Office (DE99)
