Every PT enters our ProTailored Mentorship Program (PMP), a structured 1-year mentorship and development system designed to help therapists transition confidently into becoming exceptional orthopedic clinicians.

Unlike many clinics that offer “mentorship” in name only, our program provides:

• Weekly mentor meetings for collaboration and shadowing
• Formal observation and feedback sessions
• Case review and coaching
• Professional presentations and book studies
• Ongoing support for entire first year

The mentorship process is designed to help therapists grow clinically, professionally, and personally while building confidence in a supportive environment.

• Competitive compensation package with earning potential from $71,000 to $98,000+
• Significant Quarterly Bonus opportunities

• $1,500 continuing education budget

• 100+ hours of manual therapy training integrated into onboarding
• $1,500 annual continuing education budget
• Dry needling certification opportunities within the first year
• In-house continuing education courses 2x per year, brought directly to ProTailored from organizations such as Great Lakes Seminars
