  • Use a voice pick system to pick and build pallets of wine and spirits products in the W&S pick area.
  • Build stable pallets of product and combine picked pallets into finished pallets according to company standards.

  • Transport finished pallets to the wrap machine and ensure they are properly wrapped for shipment.
  • Drop wrapped pallets in predefined staging lanes for auditors to count and verify.
  • Communicate with auditors to resolve any errors or discrepancies identified on previously dropped pallets.
  • Follow a loading manifest to combine pallets and prepare them for loading on outbound delivery trucks.
  • Load outbound trucks for next-day delivery in accordance with company procedures and schedules.
  • Maintain a minimum picking productivity standard, measured in cases per hour, as set by the company (targeting an average of 100 cases per hour or greater).
  • Maintain a minimum accuracy standard, including keeping reported picking errors below the company’s acceptable threshold (less than 5 picking errors per week).
  • Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight while meeting production and accuracy goals.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, organizing, and loading orders.
  • Basic mathematical skills to verify counts, cases, and inventory.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver kegs weighing up to 155 lbs.
  • Ability to repetitively lift cases weighing between 22–50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in two different temperature climates, including a cooler at approximately 36 degrees and an ambient temperature loading bay.
  • Experience operating sit-down and stand-up tow motors.
  • Previous experience with electric pallet jacks (EPJ), order pickers, and reach trucks.
  • Comfort working at heights when picking in certain warehouse areas.
  • Ability to work proficiently with little oversight while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
