Job Title: Order Entry Specialist
Job Description
The order entry specialist oversees a dedicated customer account and manages the end-to-end process of customer orders. This role focuses on accurately processing orders received through an EDI system, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment, and providing responsive, professional customer service via email. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of paperwork and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
The order entry specialist works in an office setting alongside a small team of approximately three to five Customer Service Representatives. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with frequent coordination between the office and the warehouse team to support efficient order fulfillment. Work is primarily computer-based, with extensive use of email and Microsoft Office to manage customer communications and documentation. The role involves handling physical paperwork, such as printed packing slips and labels, and regularly interacting with warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.86 - $17.86/hr.
