Job Title: Oracle Program Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across Finance, HCM, and SCM. This role demands someone who has already delivered complex programs end-to-end—not someone learning on the job.
You’ll own program governance, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance across global teams (onsite + offshore). If you haven’t handled multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, this won’t be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion Cloud programs across Finance, SCM, and HCM
- Drive end-to-end delivery of at least 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
- Establish and enforce program governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Own RAID management, risk mitigation, and critical-path tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and integration workstreams
- Oversee OIC integrations, data migration, security, and architecture alignment
- Manage stakeholder communication at executive and business levels
- Ensure alignment with Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle Cloud delivery methodology
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid execution models where applicable
- Provide clear escalation handling, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of overall experience in ERP/HCM/SCM programs
- 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud program management experience
- Proven track record of delivering 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations
- Strong knowledge of:
- Oracle Financials Cloud
- Oracle SCM Cloud
- Oracle HCM Cloud
Hands-on exposure to:
- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Data Migration strategies
- Security and role design
- Experience managing large global teams (onsite + offshore)
- Strong command of program governance, PMO frameworks, and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud business processes
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex risks into actionable plans
